Happy Belly Bakes | Dollops of good things

I have always ventured these tiny little places in Bangalore that have a story to tell. Happy Belly Bakes is one of these. Right from the adorable little showpieces on the walls, the neatly placed tables, and chairs, with snowflake chandeliers and the recently decorated palm trees with mistletoe in the spirit of Christmas, you are embraced with a cozy nest as you step in here. Moreover, the shelves filled with fascinating books and home games add to the charm of this place. The staff is quite courteous and polite. We went there on a Sunday morning, three of us, for breakfast. We ordered the Chicken and olive quiche, Sriracha Omelet, Sticky toffee pancakes, Smoothie bowl, and hot chocolate, and Mocha. The food was quite perfect and matched our expectations. The Quiche stood out with its creamy texture and a perfect blend of the chicken and eggs.

It was baked perfectly with no chunks. Sriracha omelet, tossed over buns with a side of salad was another exquisite treat. The pancakes with a side of ice cream had quite a neat presentation and were quite fulfilling. Perfectly baked, with the right amount of softness and the taste of toffee, was all in all a perfect meal. The smoothie bowl would be my recommendation to the ones who wish for a healthy and fresh Sunday breakfast. A little cold for the teeth, but a perfect blend with bananas and nuts, pineapples, and mint. A perfect match of both health and taste. The beverages were equally good, the Mocha was a beautifully refreshing, and perfect representation to a Sunday morning. The hot chocolate has the holiday vibes in them and seemed to compliment the Christmas decor. All in all, this tiny place has a lot of heart to it and I'd definitely visit this gem again to try some of their other dishes
